The EK 6042 is Sennheiser's flagship two channel, portable receiver, capable of receiving both analog and digital signals. Designed to fit into all standard receiver slots on cameras, the wideband, true diversity EK 6042 is compatible with transmitters from the evolution wireless, 2000 Series, 3000/5000 Series, Digital 6000 and Digital 9000 families.

Two EK 6042s can also be slotted into the GA 6042 R rackmount system, providing a versatile four-channel system in 1 RU, with antenna loop-through and switchable booster feed.
