Finger Control Surface 12

The FCS-12 Twelve-Channel Control Surface is a compact USB controller for Sound Devices 833, 888, and Scorpio eight-series recorders. It features twelve rotary potentiometers for trims, twelve dust-protected faders, and twelve PFL controls for controlling individual recorder channels. as well as controls for record, stop, slate mic trigger, and a shortcut to arm or disarm tracks with LED indicators to report statuses.

The control surface provides the user with a potentiometer corresponding to the master fader, which can be assigned to any bus or output of the recorder. In addition, it has four controls that can be assigned to recorder functions, such as activating communications, monitoring, or assigning faders to buses or outputs.

Its twelve channels make it particularly suitable for use with 888 and Scorpio recorders, as well as an 833 equipped with the 4+ plugin.

The FCS-12 control surface uses the MIDI MCU protocol, which makes it possible to use it with digital audio work software.
