Description

Overview

SPL2216 is a wideband active antenna combiner/splitter: 2 x 2 (diversity) inputs are combined and then distributed to 16 x 2 (diversity) outputs. Signals are controlled through a basic matrix-selection between 2 diversity areas. Each input feed can be activated with a button on the front panel.

The SPL2216 provides antenna bias and diagnostic check, and also integrates the Wisycom Remote Antenna Protocol. Using the same coaxial cable, the SPL2216 creates a network to monitor and remotely control boosters (BFA) or antennas (LFA).

Due to the SPL2216's included Ethernet interface, all of the functionalities of the device can be accessed on a PC using the Wisycom Wireless Manager program.
