ZaxMote WiFi Dongle

The ZaxMote WiFi dongle enables wireless control of Zaxcom transmitters via the free ZaxMote iOS app in conjunction with a QRX receiver with the QIFB option installed.

The dongle plugs into the serial port of a RX receiver with the QIFB option installed.  The 3.5mm plug into either the IFB or time code jack on the QRX and is for grounding purposes only; no data or audio is transferred with it.

Controllable parameters include changing frequency and gain, putting transmitters in and out of standby mode and starting / stopping the internal recorder.

Zaxmote runs on iOS 7 or 8 devices that are equipped with Bluetooth LE (Low Energy): Phone 4S+, iPad, iPod touch 4+. The app works in both landscape and portrait orientations.
