The Roger On is a multifunctional wireless transmitter that can be used either as mobile transmitter with built-in microphones for direct use with the Roger Earpiece or as a gateway between a belt pack and the Roger Earpiece. It's the smallest and lightest Roger transmitter option and is a great solution to pair with an existing IFB belt pack system with individual earpiece volume control, pairing to unlimited receiver, and the ability to clone frequencies.
